How to Download an app from windows 8 store ( NEW 2013 )

First of all Sorry for bad Recording ( it have some lags ) If anyone know a good screen capture for windows 8 ? 

Method 1

- Open "store" app
- Select your catagory ( games , Spotlight , Tools etc)
- At side of it there are - Top paid , Top free , new releases Select one of 'em
- Select a app you want
- Click on that app
- Click INSTALL at the app page

Method 2

- Go to Sotre
- press CTRL and c 
- Click Search
- search for a app
- and do the last steps as above


Does anyone know a good screen capture for windows 8 ?
